The founding of JOMA dates back to 2005 after it's manager Jorge Herrera decided to venture own his own as a small business owner. JOMA began as a small local company extending its service to the DMV constantly striving to exceed customer expectations. Now, 20 years later JOMA Contractors has grown into the exceptional partner many choose to work with today!

Leadership
Jorge Herrera (Manager and Founder) came to the United States in 1985 chasing what most consider "the American Dream" . His journey began as an entry level painter, but rapidly evolved as he gained the skills and expertise needed to succeed in a competitive industry. After moving up company ranks and dedicating 15 years of service as a super intendent and later project manager , Jorge's extensive experience and drive led him to take on the challenge of chasing his dream and founding JOMA Contractors from the ground up.

Visit & Design Planning
During our first phase of any project we strive to listen and assess our client's needs. We provide guidance and expert advice on the ideas of our partners.
Design & Construction Estimate
In our second phase we take client ideas and work with the appropriate experts (designers, architects, etc.) to craft project estimates and expense projections
Allocation and Construction
Our third and fourth phase includes allocation of desired building materials, followed by the execution of the project. Detailed updates are provided throughout the entire process.
The Finishing
Touches
Our last phase includes any following up with client walk-throughs and completing any finishing touches to ensure optimal project outcome
